Produced from a select parcel of premium fruit grown on block 2b of our Estate.  The wine is a vibrant straw colour.  Aromatics of nectarine, white peach and pink lady apples are complemented by subtle notes of savoury oak.   The palate is elegant and mouth filling, with a lovely texture and complexity from extended time on lees and maturation in high quality French oak.  The wine’s natural acidity provides a sophisticated balance and length.
